2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 tbsp Maca powder
1 medium egg Egg
1 dash Himalayan sea salt (any mineral-rich salt)
1 tbsp Plain yogurt, 2-4% M.F. (unsweetened, organic)
1/2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) (raw, unsalted)
1/2 tbsp Sunflower seeds (raw, unsalted)
1/2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
1 dash Cinnamon
1 tsp Coconut oil (for cooking)


Beat 1 egg with flax, maca, cinnamon, and salt. Heat 1 teaspoon of virgin coconut oil over medium-low heat in a non-stick, ceramic-coated skillet. Pour pancake batter into skillet, and cook until browned on both sides. Top with syrup, seeds, and nuts.
