Beat 1 egg with flax, maca, cinnamon, and salt. Heat 1 teaspoon of virgin coconut oil over medium-low heat in a non-stick, ceramic-coated skillet. Pour pancake batter into skillet, and cook until browned on both sides. Top with syrup, seeds, and nuts.
