4 medium slice Bacon
794 gm Pork, ground, lean (option to sub Italian sausage)
1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
4 medium Russet potato (chopped)
1 medium Sweet onion (diced)
1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
4 cup Bone broth, Organic
4 cup Kale (chopped)
400 ml Coconut milk, canned (1 can)
1/2 tsp Sea Salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp Black pepper (or to taste)

Instructions


  1. Dice bacon and sauté with ground pork together and then drain. Return to the pan and add bone broth, potatoes, red pepper flakes, garlic, and onion.
  2. After 20 minutes or when potatoes are fork-tender, add coconut milk and kale.
  3. Simmer on low heat for an additional 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
