300 gm | Vital wheat gluten |
1 cup | Red lentils, raw (dried soaked over night) |
1 tsp | Himalayan salt |
1/2 whole lemon(s) | Lemon juice |
2 tbsp | Garlic-herb seasoning, Zatatain's (ant seasoning of choice) |
1. Soak lentils and sparkling water overnight (in the fridge)
2. Oven pre heating at 350
3. Blend the all the lentils and leftover water in a high speed blender
3. Mix all ingredients together, salt, lemon juice pus your choice of season sweet or savory
4. Fold in the vital wheat gluten.
5. Split in 2, 'make' 2 loafs
6. bake for about 50min
7. enjoy on its own, add some vegan butter, nut butter or cheese
