|681 gm||Chicken breast, boneless, skinless (or turkey, fish, eggs- use your favourite protein)|
|1 head||Broccoli, raw (chopped)|
|1 medium head||Cauliflower (chopped)|
|1/2 medium||Red onion|
|1 medium stalk(s)||Celery|
|1 tsp minced||Ginger root|
|1 tbsp||Liquid aminos|
|1 dash||Black pepper|
|3 cup||Vegetable stock/broth (or chicken broth)|
|1 cup||Coconut milk|
1. Place all ingredients except for coconut milk and spinach in a pot, cover and simmer until broccoli and cauliflower are just tender, 5-10 minutes.
2. Add in coconut milk and spinach, stir. Blend with an immersion blender or dump everything into a blender and blend to desired consistency.
