3/4 cup Almond Flour
1 medium Egg
36 gm Whey protein powder, unflavoured (or pea protein)
1 small Banana (s) (crushed)
1 tbsp Hazelnuts (chopped; (pecans or pistachios))

  2. crush the bananas in a large bowl
  3. add the rest of the ingredients, mix well
  4. Put butter or coconut oil in a skillet, heat up 
  5. Bake about 2 minutes on each side
