|1 cup||Plain yogurt, fat free|
|1 scoop||Whey protein powder, vanilla|

|1/4 cup||Blueberries (Fresh or frozen; try raspberries too!)|
1 Mix 1 scoop of protein powder wit 1/4 cup water.
2. Blend yogurt and Stevia with protein and water mixture.
3. Fold in blueberries and chill overnight.
