1 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla
1 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid
1/2 cup Blackberries (Fresh or frozen)

Instructions


  1. Mix 1 scoop of protein powder with 1/4 cup water.
  2. Blend yogurt and Stevia with protein and water mixture.
  3. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Serve immediately or chill overnight.

Notes:

For more nutrients - top with sliced fresh banana and add fresh blackberries!
