3 tbsp | Cacao powder, raw |
1 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
1 scoop | Fermented protein powder, vanilla |
4 cup | Quinoa puffs (3-4 cups) |
Melt coconut oil and honey together in a pot over low heat; stir in cacao powder, vanilla, and protein powder. Add in puffed quinoa until evenly coated. Transfer into a square 8” dish, lined with parchment paper. Wet hands and press mixture evenly into dish. Allow setting in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
