Mix ingredients together until well blended and the consistency of soft dough. (Add more water, if needed.) Place on parchment paper with another on top and roll out very thin.
Transfer parchment to a cookie sheet. Sprinkle more sesame seeds and sea salt on top. Run a sharp knife through rolled dough to cut into crackers easily later. Bake 350° F for 15 - 20 minutes. Cool then break apart.
