Ingredients


1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
2 tbsp Ghee
1/4 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
1 1/2 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
1 pinch Salt
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger, dried
1/4 cup Maple syrup, pure

Instructions


  1. On the stove, gently melt coconut oil and ghee.
  2. In a food processor, add pumpkin, spices, almond flour, salt, and maple syrup. Pour melted coconut oil and on top and blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Line a square 8×8 brownie pan with parchment paper. Scoop the bar filling into the pan and use a spatula to smooth it out. Bake for 25 min at 350°.
  4. Remove from oven, let cool, cover, and put in the fridge until completely chilled; about 3 hours.
  5. Cut into bars and enjoy!
