1/2 cup Butter, unsalted (room temperature)
1 cup Granulated sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 large egg Egg
1/2 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, without alcohol
3/4 cup All-purpose white flour

Instructions


Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8x8 square pan; set aside.

Cream together butter and sugar with a mixer.

Add all other ingredients except the flour (cinnamon, egg, pumpkin, vanilla) and mix together well.
Stir in flour.

Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and toothpick comes out clean in the middle.
