1/8 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Butter, salted
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
114 gm Pasta, Fettuccine, dry
4 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 cup Heavy cream, 38% M.F.
1 tsp Herbes de provence
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated (for garnish)
1 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
4 leaf Sage, fresh (for garnish)
1/8 tsp Salt


Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.

In the meantime, heat oil and butter in a sauce pan with minced garlic and cook until lightly golden and fragrant.

Whisk in cream, pumpkin and spices and let simmer until thoroughly heated and smooth.

Toss with cooked pasta, garnish with parmesan and sage.
