4 large egg Egg
1 cup Vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
1 3/4 cup Pumpkin purée, canned (or freshly cooked and puréed)
3 cup All-purpose white flour
1 tbsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips (or raisins)


Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl.

Add oil, sugar and pumpkin and mix together well.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and gently stir together until combined.

Add raisins or chocolate chips gently fold into batter.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
