Ingredients


1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/3 cup packed Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 cup Coconut oil
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 cup Pumpkin, canned (wet ingredient)
1 2/3 cup Spelt flour
1/3 cup Water (wet ingredient)

Instructions


Combine dry ingredient together in a bowl. Make a hole in the centre and add in the mixed wet ingredients.

Pour batter in to a greased muffin tin and bake for 25-30 mins at 350 degrees.
