Ingredients


2 tbsp packed Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 medium egg Egg
1/8 tsp Ground cloves
1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1/4 cup Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F.
1/4 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
8 slice Whole wheat bread

Instructions


Mix the eggs, milk, pumpkin purée, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and brown sugar in low flat bowl for easy dipping.

Heat a pan over medium heat.

Dip the bread into the egg mixture on both sides and grill in a pan until lightly golden brown, about 2-3 minute per side.

Serve and enjoy!
