Ingredients


1 medium Frozen banana
1 tbsp Lucuma powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup cubes Pumpkin (fresh cooked organic)
1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground (wild, if available)
1 pods Cardamom pods
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or mylk of choice)
1 tsp Maple syrup (or 3- 4 drops of stevia)

Instructions


1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender and enjoy!





Notes:

Toppings You Might Add:

1 tbsp Live's Chocolata Granola chopped fine

1 tbsp Roasted pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp Pomegranate seeds

Pineapple sage flower or any edible flower

Add 1 scoop protein powder or 1 tbsp hemp seeds for extra energy.
