1 cup Silk Original Coconut Milk (or whole milk)
1 medium Frozen banana
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Ginger, ground
1/8 tsp Cardamom, ground
1 pinch Sea salt
1 tbsp Sunflower seed butter (or almond butter)
