1/2 cup Pumpkin purée, canned (organic)
1 tbsp (level) Psyllium seed husk
1/2 cup Cauliflower (frozen)
29 gm Allulose (about 2-3 tbsp)
29 gm Pea Protein Powder (1 scoop)
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice (( a combo of ginger, nutmeg, all spice, cloves))
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Almond butter
1/2 cup Coconut milk, reduced fat (or your choice milk)
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) (for Toppings)
1 tsp Coconut flakes, unsweetened (for Toppings)
1 tsp Chia seeds (for Toppings)
1 tbsp Almond butter (for Toppings)
1 tbsp Pecans (for toppings)

Instructions


  1. Combine pumpkin puree, sweetener, psyllium, cauliflower, pumpkin spice, almond butter, and plant based milk. Puree until completely smooth – the mixture should be thick. Add a touch more liquid if necessary to get it to blend completely smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings as desired. Enjoy!
