1/2 cup Pumpkin purée, canned

1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp Maple syrup (keto)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tbsp Almond butter
1/3 cup Granola (homemade or look for brands with less than 10 grams sugar per serving)
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) (optional)
1 tbsp Pecans (crushed; optional)

Instructions


  1. In a bowl, stir together the yogurt and pumpkin puree.
