Ingredients


1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or your choice plant based milk)
1/2 cup Frozen banana ((sliced into coins and frozen beforehand))
3 tbsp Pumpkin purée, canned
1 scoop Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla
1 tbsp Almond butter
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice (ground)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
2 cup Ice cubes

Instructions


  1. Combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Optionally, garnish with graham cracker crumbs and enjoy immediately.
