1/2 medium Frozen banana
2 cup Baby spinach
1 cup Frozen raspberries, unsweetened
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 tbsp Almond butter
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F. (or plain coconut yogurt - dairy free)
