1 medium Banana (s)
3/4 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (refrigerated)
1/8 tsp Allspice, ground
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground

Instructions


1. Mix together spices, pumpkin puree and banana in a high speed blender. 

2. Swirl with almond milk and and top with walnuts and fruit if desired.

Enjoy!

Optional: Top with pecans, walnuts, or coconut flakes
