4 tbsp Coconut oil (can you butter or ghee)
1/4 cup Coconut flour
6 large Egg
2 tbsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 tbsp Honey
1/4 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground

Instructions


1. Preheat waffle iron, grease generously with coconut oil.

2. Mix all ingredients, and use a tablespoon to evenly distribute the batter on the iron and cook 3-4 minutes flipping once, or until golden brown.
