Quick oats, gluten free, dry
(or almond flour)

Pumpkin purée, canned
1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract, pure
4 tbsp
Water

Truvia, calorie-free sweetener
1 tsp
Baking powder
1/4 tsp
Salt
1 tbsp
Pumpkin pie spice
4 scoop
Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla
2 tbsp
Almond butter
1 tbsp
Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 tbsp (level)
Psyllium seed husk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F, spray mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside.
Combine all ingredients in high-speed blender, and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into prepared mini muffin tin, and bake for 15 minutes.
