Pumpkin-Spiced Chocolate Slab

4 bar Collagen Protein Bars, Pumpkin spice (chopped into squares)
1 tsp Vanilla bean powder
1 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened (raw)
1 cup Cacao butter (not melted)
2 tbsp Ghee (grass-fed)
1 pinch Salt
1 tsp Erythritol (powdered; to taste; or sweetener of choice)


  1. Add the ghee and cacao butter to a small saucepan and heat on low until completely melted. 
  2. Now add the chocolate powder, vanilla, salt and sweetener to taste and stir through to combine.  
  3. Line a small-medium sized container with baking paper. 
  4. Pour the liquid chocolate into the lined container. Sprinkle the chopped BP bars over the top of the chocolate. 
  5. Place in the fridge to set. 
  6. When it’s ready, slice chocolate slab into 12 even squares and enjoy.
