Ingredients


1 1/2 tbsp All-purpose white flour
2 cup, shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tbsp Margarine, non-hydrogenated
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 cup Partly skimmed milk, 1% M.F.
114 gm Pasta, Fusilli, dry

Instructions


In a saucepan, melt margarine. Add flour and whisk together over medium heat.

Slowly add milk, whisking until lumps disappear.

Slowly add cheddar cheese and whisk until melted.

Stir in parmesan cheese and allow sauce to thicken over medium heat, approximately 5-10 minutes.

Pour sauce over cooked pasta. (toss with vegetables, if using)

Serve and enjoy!
