Quick Homemade Tomato Soup

1 dash Black pepper
3 cup Chicken broth (stock)
4 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 can (28oz) Tomatoes, canned, stewed
1/4 cup Tomato paste, canned
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 medium Yellow onion (chopped)


In saucepan, heat oil over medium heat; cook onions and garlic, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened. Add tomatoes, stock, tomato paste and pepper; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Blend and reheat if necessary.
