1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
114 gm Ground turkey, lean
1/2 cup Red kidney beans, canned, drained
1 cup Tomatoes, canned, stewed (low sodium variety)
1/2 cup Yellow onion (chopped)

Instructions


Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add ground turkey and sauté for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir often. Add onions, kidney beans, chili powder, garlic powder, pepper, and stewed tomatoes. Simmer for approximately 20 minutes. Place in a bowl and serve.
