Ingredients


1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp Baking powder
2 medium egg Egg
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
2 cup Quinoa, cooked
1 pinch Sea salt

Instructions


Blend all ingredients in food processor until quinoa is coarsely ground.

Spread evenly on parchment lined baking sheet or pizza pan.

Bake at 425F until edges are brown, approx 15-18 minutes.

Top with cheese and broil, or with garlic butter, or use as a pizza crust!
