Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together cooked quinoa, apples, onions, lentils, cranberries and nuts or seeds.
In a small bowl or mason jar with lid, whisk together the oil, vinegar and spices.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine to coat ingredients evenly.
Serve it immediately warm, at room temperature, refrigerated or make ahead – it travels well!
