454 gm Beef, ground (minced - grass fed)
2 medium egg Egg
1/4 cup Quinoa, uncooked
1 medium White onion
3 clove(s) Garlic
2 pepper(s) Red chili pepper (also chile or chilli)
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp, ground Thyme, dried
1 tsp Rosemary, dried
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Sea salt

Instructions


  1. Cook quinoa as directed.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Chop the onion finely in your food processor.
  4. Add the cooked quinoa and all other ingredients to a large bowl and mix together.
  5. Grease a loaf tray with coconut or olive oil, then add the mixture and bake for 1 hour.
