|1 cup||Quinoa, cooked|
|1 cup||Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk|
|1 cup||Whole wheat pastry flour|
|1/4 cup||Coconut sugar|
|2 medium egg||Egg|
Cook 1 cup quinoa according to brand instructions. Generally the measure is 1 cup of quinoa and 2 cups of water, when it boils, you decrease the heat and covers for 15 minutes.
Mix the dry ingredients (2,3,4 and 5) in a bowl.
Mix the liquid ingredients in another bowl ☑Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and add the quinoa.
Wrap the skillet or grill with cooking spray oil. I use coconut.
Take the mixture with a 1/3 cup measure. ☑ When you see bubbles in the mixture, turn them to cook on the other side.
