Rainbow Fruit Salad in a Jar

3 medium kiwi(s) Kiwi fruit (diced)
3 cup diced Pineapple
3 cup Navel orange (diced)
2 cup slices Strawberries
1 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Plain yogurt, 2% M.F. (citrus yogurt dressing)
1/4 cup Mayonnaise (citrus yogurt dressing)
1/4 cup Orange juice (citrus yogurt dressing)
1/4 cup Granulated sugar (citrus yogurt dressing)
2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure (citrus yogurt dressing)


Divide fruit between 4 mason jars (or 6 jars depending on the size) and layer. Set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients until smooth. Pour dressing over layered fruit, screw lid on jars and refrigerate until ready to serve. (salad is best if served within 30 minutes of pouring dressing on top).
