454 gm Butter, unsalted
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted (for greasing the tin)
1 cup Granulated sugar
1 cup Raisins, seedless (sultana)
2 cup All-purpose white flour
1 cup Water

Instructions


Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place butter, sugar and raisins in a saucepan with 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and summer for 5 minutes, set aside and allow to cool.

Add flour and mix well. Bake in a greased loaf tin for 45 minutes.
