Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
(cut into 1-inch pieces)
1 medium egg
Egg
1 cup
Corn flakes, Kellogg's
(crushed)
1 cup
Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp
Parsley, dried
1 tsp
Garlic salt
1 tsp
Onion powder
3/4 tsp
Dill, dried
1/2 tsp
Black pepper
4 tbsp
Butter, unsalted
Instructions
TO FREEZE AND COOK LATER:
Label a 1-gallon-sized plastic freezer bag.
In a large bowl, mix egg. Add chicken and stir to coat.
Add remaining ingredients to your freezer bag except butter. Add chicken to bag, seal (with air inside) and shake for 30 seconds or until all sides of chicken pieces are covered.
Remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze for up to three months.
TO COOK:
Thaw freezer meal.
Melt butter in large skillet, pot, or saute pan.
Add contents of freezer bag and cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
