1 bunch Rapini, broccoli raab, raw
50 ml Goat cheese, herb, soft
1 tbsp Lemon peel (zest)
1 tsp Coarse salt
2 tbsp Ground hazelnuts
2 tbsp Butter, grass-fed, salted

Instructions



Cut the end of the rapini (2 inches)

  1. Brown the butter in a pan
  2. Add Rapini and sauté for about 10 minutes.
  3.  Serve goat cheese, hazelnuts and lemon zest and rapini
