1/2 large Frozen banana
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (can use homemade or other non-dairy milk)
1/2 cup Frozen raspberries
6 cube(s) Ice cubes
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Cashew butter (can use any nut butter)
2 tbsp Yoso Plain Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (heaped tbsp.)
1/4 cup slices Strawberries (for topping)
2 tbsp Granola (for topping)
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) (for topping)


Add banana, almond milk, raspberries, ice cubes, chia seeds, nut butter and coconut yoghurt to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, granola, nuts and seeds.
