1/4 cup Dried goji berries
227 gm Water, filtered
1/2 cup Frozen raspberries
2 from 2 lemons Lemon juice
1 tsp Honey, raw (or maple syrup, optional)


Soak goji berries in water for 30 minutes to soften. Do not strain.

Add the soaked goji berries and water into the food processor and blend. Pour over ice and enjoy!
