Ingredients


1 cup Frozen raspberries
1 medium Banana (s) (peeled and roughly chopped)
1 cup Silk Original Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Water, filtered
1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
2 tsp Collagen peptides
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 pinch Salt

Instructions


1. Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.

2. If it is too thick, add a small amount of filtered water. Serve immediately.
