Raw Beet Raspberry Power Smoothie

1 beet(s) Beets, raw (trimmed, peeled, sliced)
1 1/2 cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 medium Banana (s) (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 whole orange(s) Orange juice
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
3/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened


Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.

If it’s too thick, add more almond milk, orange juice or water.

Serve immediately, or keep it covered in the fridge until ready to drink. Stir before serving.
