3 cup Carrot juice, canned (or freshly made)
1 avocado(s) Avocado
1/2 cup packed Coconut meat (optional)
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp minced Ginger root
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 pinch Sea Salt

Instructions


Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor until completely smooth.

Adjust seasonings if necessary.

To serve, garnish with a drizzle of avocado oil and fresh cilantro.
