Ingredients


1 cup grated Carrots
1 tbsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Coconut oil
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/4 tsp Ground cloves
1 tsp Maca powder
5 date pitted Medjool date
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 cup Rolled oats, dry
1/4 cup hulled Sunflower seeds

Instructions


Place all ingredients in order, in a food processor and pulse until smooth and combined. Using a spoon, scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll into uniform balls.

Roll into balls and refrigerate or freeze in an air tight glass container.
