Raw Cashew Yogurt

1 cup Cashew nuts, raw (soaked for 1-3 hours)
1/2 cup Water, filtered
3 tbsp Coconut, shredded
2 tbsp Honey, raw (or agave or maple syrup)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 pinch Sea Salt
1/3 cup Coconut oil


Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until it reaches a thin yogurt-style consistency.

Transfer into a bowl and refrigerate for a couple of hours (or try it right away).

You now have raw yogurt!
