Blend the almonds, cocoa, sea salt and vanilla bean contents in food processor until fine.
Add the coconut milk, then as the processor is moving, add the dates one by one until the mixture sticks together when you pinch it — it should not be crumbly.
Press the mixture into the tray, cover and place in the freezer for an hour or two — until hard.
Take out the tray, cut the brownie into slices, or alternatively roll into balls, put coconut in a container and shake them around to coat.
Keep in a container in the freezer.
