1 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1/3 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
2 tbsp Honey
2 1/2 tsp Coconut oil
2 date(s) Dates (pitted)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tsp Lemon peel (zest)
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1/8 tsp Sea salt


1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until just incorporated. 


2. With your hands, form into small balls- optional to roll in extra coconut flakes.

3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
