1/2 cup Cashew nuts, raw (soaked for 3 hours and drain)
1/3 cup Water
1 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
1 tbsp Parsley, fresh
1 tbsp Chives
1 clove(s) Garlic (peeled)
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt


In a high-speed blender, combine cashews, water, lemon juice, and vinegar until smooth.

Add coconut oil and blend.

Add herbs and salt and pulse briefly.

Refrigerate for several hours or until set.

Spread on favourite gluten-free bagel!
