Whisk together the maple syrup, water, coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Put aside. Process the nuts and seeds in food processor until they are in small pieces. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the ground flax and wet mixture to the granola ingredients and mix together until well combined. Dehydrate overnight. Break into pieces and store in an air-tight container.
