1. Place everything in a food processor, and blend until thoroughly combined.
2. You will know that these are well blended when you can roll them into a ball without them falling apart.
3. Place in a parchment lined loaf pan, and pack down tightly and evenly.
4. Place in freezer and freezer 2-3 hours, or overnight. When they have frozen, remove, slice into bars, and store in fridge or freezer.
