|1 cup whole/halves||Macadamia nuts, unsalted|

1. Add ingredients to suitable glass container and mix well.
2. Add two tablespoons of muesli to a bowl and add 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt (or coconut yogurt if you want to go dairy free), and 1/4 cup of frozen berries, defrosted.
Use sprouted nuts and seeds if you can - they are easier to break down in the digestive tract and provide faster nutrient absorption!
