1 cup whole/halves Macadamia nuts, unsalted
1 cup whole Almonds, raw
1/2 cup Walnuts
3/4 cup Sunflower seeds
3/4 cup Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/4 cup Chia seeds
2 tbsp (level) Psyllium seed husk
1/4 cup Cacao nibs, raw
1 cup Coconut flakes, unsweetened
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 5% M.F., Liberte (or use plain coconut yogurt - dairy free)
3 cup Almond milk, chocolate, unsweetened, Blue Diamond
3 cup Frozen berries


1. Add ingredients to suitable glass container and mix well.

2. Add two tablespoons of muesli to a bowl and add 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt (or coconut yogurt if you want to go dairy free), and 1/4 cup of frozen berries, defrosted.



Use sprouted nuts and seeds if you can - they are easier to break down in the digestive tract and provide faster nutrient absorption!
