Ingredients


1/4 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill (coarsely ground almonds)
1/2 cup Cashew nuts, raw
1/4 cup Coconut flakes
1 tbsp Coconut oil (melted, or cacao butter)
1 tbsp Cranberries, dried
20 date(s) Dates (pitted)
1 pinch Salt
1 tbsp hulled Sunflower seeds (or seeds of choice)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions


Place all ingredients (including the melted coconut oil / cacao butter) into a food processor and blitz until everything is finely chopped.

Then, using your hands, mould the mixture into balls. Place in the fridge to allow them to firm up.
